PREMIUM MANAGEMENT SERVICES was founded to support management, supervisory boards and owners in their greatest strategic challenges. We offer services dedicated for ambitious, dynamic and expansive entrepreneurs who wish to expand beyond their traditional industry and geographic markets.

Founder and owner of PREMIUM, Robert Skrobisz, brings into the company over 25 years of international business experience at different levels of managerial and supervisory boards. As Member of the Group Executive Board, he has led an international corporation of 20,000 employees in more than 50 countries. Responsible for expansion in Eastern and Northern Europe, the Caspian Region, China and Taiwan, he contributed to the company fourfold growth in terms of turnover and head-count.

Our measure of success is not to provide the client with data collection, analysis and extensive studies or memoranda, but to achieve with him desired objectives. Therefore, our commitment does not end with the development of solutions, but we actively support the client to the end of their deployment, and - if he so wishes - we share with them the investment risk, by engaging as a co-investor in the offered projects as Premium Investments, which is the best proof of trust in our own services.
